A statement that can fill the discerning driving purist with unabated joy. Many are also unfamiliar with what Noble is about and what it means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noble recently announced its return with a brand new car. The new car is dubbed as the  M500. The last model Noble produced was the unhinged M600. The M600 had a bi-turbo V8 from Volvo, mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. Nobles are revered for visceral and simple driving experiences. The M500 is no exception to their methods. Noble is reunited with Ford power again as it uses the 3.5 litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine. Seems familiar? It is the same engine that powers the Le Mans winning Ford GT. Power stands at 410 kW and torque is rated at 813 Nm. The transmission of choice is a Graziano 6-speed manual gearbox. It\u2019s particularly special given that it\u2019s a metal gated shifter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The good news doesn\u2019t stop there. The suspension setup is double-wishboned with coilovers and passive dampers all around. If steering feel is vital, you\u2019ll be pleased to know the steering is hydraulically assisted. With the M500, you\u2019re left to your own devices as it does not feature airbags and ABS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  The new Noble is a modern sports car with a very refreshing take as the upcoming M500 has a setup unlike anything currently on sale. It\u2019s a setup that hearkens back to the golden age of the mid-engine supercar where the driver always had to be considerate of every control and input. It\u2019s within reason to claim that the M500 could be the last of its kind. If you are still unfamiliar with Noble you\u2019d be quiet surprised to learn that the base materials used to manufacture their cars were actually South African produced.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Noble Automotive is back.
